Farmers Insurance Agency is looking for a driven sales professional to join our growing team. Our Agency Producer position is entry level with no experience is required, however industry experience is definitely preferred. If Candidate is not already licensed (which is preferred), the individual must be able to become licensed within 30 days. As an Agency Producer you will be mentored by an experienced agent. We will provide you with the help and support you need to learn the business and achieve success in the industry. Farmers Insurance is one of the most respected and fastest growing insurance companies in the country. We were established in California in 1928. Today, Farmers is the country’s 3rd largest insurer of vehicles, homes and small businesses and provide a wide range of other insurance and financial services products.

Requirements

• Proven track record in Sales, Marketing, or Management
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented mindset
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• willing or already obtaining a CA Insurance License
• Must pass a thorough background check (seek district office for specific questions on this)

Training:

• Comprehensive training program in the District 37 Office
• Additional University of Farmers training available online

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
